The Communities In Schools

of New Jersey Network.

At the heart of the network are the CIS local affiliates—independent 501(c)(3) organizations that address students' needs at the community level. Affiliates operate in the schools where the one-on-one work with students and families takes place.

 The state office, CIS of New Jersey (CISNJ), supports ongoing development of local affiliates and works with communities as they implement the CIS strategy. CISNJ also serves as the connection between Communities In Schools affiliates in New Jersey.
